Introduction: Day One

Welcome to the first course where you will begin your awakening and training the circuits of your very own Black Belt Nervous System Ninja. 

This twelve week course is like Martial Arts training at the Dojo - only you will be working the Inner Room (inside your skin-encased body!) where you'll be acting like a non-invasive neurosurgeon... changing your very own nerve circuits. 

A Nervous System Ninja has the ability to assassinate the effects of past trauma on present and future quality of life.  They do this through:

Step 1: identifying circuits of threat within themselves (through observing mind, body, behavior, language and breath). 

Step 2: actively engaging in the process of alchemizing* the threat circuits into safety.    
*alchemize: to transform the nature or properties of (something) by a seemingly magical process.
